Pool ID Cards

To enter the community pools, residents must show a Pool ID card validated for 2017 as well as utilize the electronic access device.

Electronic Access Device:  If you have a key fob or access card that works for the tennis courts and/or fitness center, this also works for the pool facilities.  These do not expire so if you have one from any prior year; it is still valid and you do not need anything further.   If you have a metal key fob, please feel free to bring it to the Onsite Office, located at 12520 Will Clayton Parkway, for an exchange to the new access card at no additional charge.

Pool Cards:   If you have a pool card issued by the community, you must have a sticker showing the year “17”.  If you received a blue sticker last year, it may say 2016/17. If you have a green sticker, you DO NOT need a new sticker.

For every new pool card made prior to the pools opening and during volunteer times, residents will receive pool cards for $2 each.  Also, please note that pool card prices will be $5 each after the last volunteer pool card processing date. During the volunteer pool card processing times (held April thru May), we will have 2 stations with 2 printers going at the same time.  This will not be the case when the Onsite Office begins processing pool cards. It is highly encouraged that you obtain your pool cards during the volunteer dates and times to expedite the process and avoid increasing pool card costs!
