Board of Directors Election
Nominations are currently being accepted for three (3) director positions to the Eagle Springs Community Association, Inc. Board of Directors. The three (3) directors shall be elected to a term of two (2) years. The election will take place at the Association's Annual Meeting to be held on June 14th, 2018 at 7 PM at the Valley Springs Clubhouse, located at 13555 Valley Springs Parkway.
If you are interested in being nominated, please submit a brief biography, along with your contact information, to Dana Mohler at Crest Management (firstname.lastname@example.org) no later than Friday, May 25th.
The Board of Directors is responsible for the governance of the Asssociation. They conduct the business of the Association and direct the efforts of the management company and other Association vendors.
The Board of Directors meets once a month, typically on the second Thursday. Board members may also occassionally meet with Neighborhood Voting Representatives and/or Committees.
