Resident Directory
The new directory enhancement has been released. It will appear as a new 'tab' on the left hand side of the homepage screen. There are some important things to know about this directory.
The directory will only be visible once a resident has logged in, so it will only be visible to residents. (Just like the message boards)
It is an 'OPT-IN' feature. Meaning if you would like to have your information added to the directory, you will have to request it once the directory is launched.
To 'OPT-IN':
Click on View Profile. Click Edit, then click the box to be added in the directory. Once in, go to the directory, click on your name and you will be able to add or remove information such as phone numbers, business information, activities, photos ( limited to 200X200 in size for now—jpeg or animated gif) , village name, etc. Then click submit changes.
Currently the search feature within the directory will only be by last name. As the directory becomes populated, we will be able to add other search features.
What if you don't want your information in the directory?? No worries! You won't have to do anything. You will not be listed unless you specifically request to have your information posted.
