Fordham at Eagle Springs plans to open its doors early to mid 2020. The property will feature 137 apartment homes age restricted to seniors. The three story, elevator-served resort building includes an amenity center and outdoor entertaining space. Along the backside of the property, single story cottages are available for lease. A rendering of Fordham at Eagle Springs as well as the approved Site Plan are below. A similar property is just up the road from Eagle Springs, called Riverbrook on Atascocita Road. While Eagle’s architecture is slightly different than the attached Riverbrook images, exterior materials are the same.
