Important: Association Operations Update – COVID 19
The Board of Directors would like to provide an update to the members about current and future operations of the Association:
Community Facilities:
On March 13th, after careful consideration of CDC recommendations, the Board of Directors decided to close the Onsite Office, Fitness Center, Splash Pad, and Public Access to the Clubhouses, including meetings. These closures remain in effect until further notice.
The restrooms at the Sports Complex will remain open during this time, but they are only serviced/cleaned 5 times a week, so use of the restrooms also remains at your own risk.
Sports Complex:
In accordance with the governor's order to stop any gatherings of more than 10 people, all sports field reservations are cancelled through April 3rd.
Community Parks:
The governor's directive directed that parks should remain open. Therefore, the Eagle Springs Sports Complex will remain open but all reserved activities at the fields are now suspended through April 3.
Please be advised that, although the parks will remain open for now, the Association does not have staff to clean or sanitize the playground equipment and any use of the playground equipment will be at your own risk (or your child's own risk). Eagle Springs Community Association strongly discourages use of the playground equipment at this time. Getting out to hike or bike the trails is allowed, but please maintain social distancing and stay 6 feet away from others as you use the park.
Community Events:
On March 13th, we also made the decision to cancel or postpone many community events through the beginning of April. We are working to provide additional events in the future.
Association Assessments:
We are working to alleviate some of the strain for Eagle Springs’ families that have been affected by COVID-19. If an owner is having difficulty with their 2020 HOA dues, we ask that you contact Janae with Crest Management at janae@crest-management.com with “Eagle Springs – COVID-19” in the header.
