Pool Opening Information
Posted on Jun 6th, 2020
Your Board of Directors is excited to announce the opening of both of our pools and our Splash Pad!
To ensure best practices and to follow county and state guidelines, the Association will require both a signed waiver and a reservation to enter the pool, in addition to an Amenity ID card for each member of your household.
The first step in this process is digitally signing the waiver form via Smart Waiver.
Every adult in the household will need to sign the waiver; adults can sign for minors. This waiver covers all Eagle Springs facilities.
You will also need the 7 digit code on the backs of ALL of your Amenity ID cards in order to complete the form.
Without this number, your Amenity ID card will not be activated and you will not be able to enter the pool. Each member of your family should have their own Amenity ID card, with their picture on the front, and with a unique number on the back of the card.
The back of your card and its code will look like one of the following:
If you do not have an Amenity ID card, please click on the HOA tab at the top of the page,
then click on the Amenity Cards tab.
Currently, we are operating the pools at lower occupancies in order to comply with CDC, state and Harris county guidelines. In order to ensure we do not go above these thresholds, we will utilize a reservation software to keep track of the occupancy level at any given time. In order to gain entry into the pool, you must have a reservation as well as an active amenity ID badge for every member of your party, including infants.
In an attempt to best comply with the rules and regulations set by the current orders, the following temporary rules will be used:
1. Right now, all reservations must be made 72 hours in advance.
2. Reservations will be set in 2 hour intervals.
3. In an attempt to provide access to as many residents as possible, consecutive reservations will not be allowed at this time. We ask that each family only reserve one time slot per day.
4. Arrive early to confirm your reservation with our lifeguards outside the gate – you must have the confirmation E-mail from our reservation software with you to be eligible to enter the facility, as well as an active amenity ID card for every resident. Each card will be swiped to be sure it is active and valid. The confirmation email *must have* these three items:
5. Approximately 15 minutes before the end of your reserved time, the lifeguards will start requesting residents make their way to the pool exit.
6. No Guests allowed at this time.
7. Practice safe social distancing.
8. Bring hand sanitizer and use often.
9. No furniture will be available for use. You are welcome to bring your own chairs.
10. The water features and slide will remain closed for now.
11. Reservations cannot be changed due to inclement weather or if a resident is unable to make their reservation. We apologize for the inconvenience.
12. The Fitness Center will remain closed until further notice.
