Updated Pool Policies
Posted on Jul 13th, 2020
Effective Tuesday, July 14th, the pool reservation system will be suspended on a trial basis, meaning no reservations will be required to go to the pools.
Everyone who wishes to enter the pools must have an Amenity ID card with their photo on the front and a unique card number on the back.
Please note that Amenity ID cards do not have dates or stickers along the bottom of the card, and every member of your family, including infants, must have a card.
Everyone also must have a signed waiver on file. The waiver only needs to be signed once this year. You can find the waiver
here.
Cards will not work at the gates if a waiver is not on file.
All cards must be scanned at the gate/card reader to confirm all access requirements have been satisfied.
No guests, no unaccompanied minors, no exceptions.
While we are processing new Amenity ID cards and waivers as quickly as possible, please allow up to 72 hours for completion.
Currently, all completed waivers have been processed – if you received an email regarding your waiver, please provide the requested information. Your cards cannot be activated until the requested information is provided.
You can TEST your Amenity ID cards at the Splash Pad to confirm the cards have been activated prior to showing up at the pool.
